Stretching, easy pace, focused shots and relaxation are key elements to success at playing Easy Golf. Use the time wisely and with intention. You should be able to adapt this game for any type of disability. Study the course and find a path before your round. Use proper sun protection.


Guidelines

Please read and understand the Wikipedia conventional rules of golf first if you want to start to learn what golf is and the history of the game.

Setup

  • Pay the course to play
  • Appropriate course behavior and attire are required with golf shoes or sneakers
  • Use 4 clubs only. A putter and three irons, for example a putter & PW/9/7 irons
  • Fix ball marks on greens and divots
  • 3 balls and a glove (if desired)
  • No scores, no pars and no stroke limits
  • No tees
  • Bags are discouraged
  • Keep a free hand for a coffee buzz or green tea sip or a joint toked
  • Alcohol and cell phones are discouraged
  • Having a bad hole? Skip it and move onto the next one
  • Limited noise and movement during partners attempted swings

Playing

6 to 9 holes are to be played on full size 9 or 18 hole golf courses. All holes are to be played inside the 150 yard marker on each hole. Walk up to the marker and throw/drop/roll ball from there for first shot. Leave the pin in for putts. Putt out all the way into the hole; putts that are deemed sunk after bouncing off the pin, count as good.Can improve lie slightly as needed. Play out of sand traps is optional, rake to repair bunker.
